What's the difference between a membership bundle and individual courses?
All of our courses can be purchased individually for a basic course fee. To purchase individual courses, just click on the course title and then click on the price to checkout and make payment. For your convenience and value, we also offer a number of membership bundles for set monthly fees. To purchase a membership bundle, click on the bundle you would like to purchase and make initial payment. Your credit card will automatically be charged each month to keep you enrolled.

What is included in each membership bundle?
Each membership bundle includes courses geared towards a specific interest. To find out full details and see included courses for each bundle, please click on Bundles at the top of the page.

Once I've subscribed to a membership bundle, will my price ever go up?
No, your monthly subscription rate will be locked in to the price you pay at enrollment. As long as you stay enrolled in a membership bundle, your price will not go up. Owners who purchased their longarm and/or Pro-Stitcher from MK Quilts and received free membership in the appropriate bundle will be locked into that bundle price at the time of enrollment.

Can I change my membership from one bundle to another?
Yes, while you are able to switch from one bundle to another, there are limitations - so please consider your move carefully. You must first cancel your membership to the bundle you no longer want and then purchase the bundle you wish to be enrolled in. Please note that you will gain immediate access to the courses in the new bundle while remaining enrolled in the cancelled bundle for the remainder of the billing period. If you choose to re-enroll in a previous bundle at any time, please be aware that you will be charged the current bundle price at the time of re-enrollment.

How do I cancel my membership subscription?
We hate to see you leave, but if for some reason you need to cancel, simply go to MY ACCOUNT>BILLING and click the CANCEL button. If you cancel in the middle of a month, your membership will stay active until the end of your monthly subscription period. Note that if you decide to rejoin later, you will have to pay the listed membership rate at the time of rejoining. If you are facing extenuating circumstances and would like to talk to us about suspending your membership for a brief period, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I request a refund?
We do our best to make sure your experience is positive. If you need to request a refund, please make a written request to [email protected] within 48 hours of being charged. We will happily refund your most recent payment. No refunds will be made for prior or partial months. Course enrollment will be deactivated immediately upon your refund request.

How can I update or change my credit card information without losing my locked in membership fee?
It's easy. Go to ACCOUNT < BILLING and change the necessary information. As long as you do not unenroll, your membership fee will not change

Can I download the courses to view offline?
Our instructors work hard to create amazing content and we want to protect their efforts and intellectual property. As we offer membership subscriptions, we do not support video downloads. Some contributors add supplemental resources such notes, handouts, worksheets, design templates or patterns to their course as a means to enhance the learning experience. These resources can be downloaded and viewed off-line.

Can I share my log-in information, password or course content with others or on social media?
Your subscription fee is for personal and individual use. Please do not share your log-in information, password or course content with others. Membership may be cancelled if sharing occurs.

Where can I purchase class supplies, fabrics, machines, and/or quilting software?
MK Quilts is your one-stop shop! We carry many of the supplies our instructors use in their courses. We are one of the top Handi Quilter retailers in the nation and we install and support Handi Quilter longarm machines coast-to-coast.
